Barbecue Chicken (6-8 servings, about $.90 each)
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle of barbecue sauce
1 12-oz can of Dr. Pepper (Coke or Diet Coke works, too)
- Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9×13 baking dish.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken.
- Pour the soda over that.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is done.
